Pagestay keeps your notes in Chrome's side panel, next to the page you are reading. Attach a note to a page or to a whole site, or keep it global. Write in the panel while you browse; your text is saved as you type. Come back later: click the toolbar button on a page, or press Alt+Shift+N (Control+Shift+N on Mac), and its notes are there. To have the toolbar button show a dot when the page or site you are on has a note, and to keep the panel following your tabs and sites, press "Enable page notes". (Chrome only lets you open the panel yourself; Pagestay never opens it.) • Scheduled local backups to your Downloads folder: the last 7 copies, daily or weekly (turn off "Ask where to save each file" in Chrome's download settings, or backups cannot run unattended) • If your Pro ever lapses, text search, automatically showing a matching note when you open the panel, and scheduled backups pause. Your notes, folders, tags and rules are never hidden or locked, and you cannot create new Pro items.
