I tried activating it in my Facebook messenger account, and the following occurred: 1. It started repeatedly and rapidly refreshing the part of the window where the messages are displayed. This went on for roughly ten seconds, and during that process, scrolling through my list of messages was impossible. 2. Hey Stephanie, I appreciate the review. For future request, reaching out for support first would definitively be ideal as it seems like you might have encountered an issue that is unusual (for #3). Now, that being said, after looking into it, it seems that Facebook might have changed the way their interface works and we would need to look into it to find a work around as I can completely understand how inconvenient it is to have to resort them all. In the meantime, you can use the Messenger.com interface without encountering this issue, as the problem is only when using the extension on Facebook.com. Regarding #1, it is normal that you are unable to use the interface as the extension needs to scroll through all the conversations to load them, otherwise only the current visible ones would be filtered.
