Rate Limit Exceeded?

I was thrilled to finally see a download tab appear on the Twitter video I wanted to download! It was my very first video to attempt to download using your extension. When I clicked "download," I received the following message: "This video can not be downloaded! Rate limit exceeded. Try again after some time!" What does that even mean? How have I exceeded any type of rate limit when it was my very first video to attempt to download?

Downloader not working

I added the Chrome extension for downloading videos from Facebook and I see the blue download arrow but when I click it, nothing happens. What can I do to get this to work?
