Overview

Track expenses, income, debts and budgets. Works offline, syncs when you reconnect.

Log an expense in one line, then get reports that actually explain where your money went. ━━ ONE LINE, ONE KEYSTROKE ━━ Most expense trackers make you fill in a form. Ledgerly gives you one box: coffee 4.50 food rent 1200 @housing yesterday groceries 62 #card 3 days ago +3000 salary Type it, press Enter, done. Ledgerly reads the amount, the category, the date and the payment method out of what you wrote, and shows you exactly what it understood before it saves — so it never guesses wrong behind your back. ━━ WHAT YOU GET ━━ • EXPENSES & INCOME — 17 sensible categories to start with, then add your own with hand-picked colors and icons. • BUDGETS WITH ALERTS — Set a monthly cap on everything or on one category. Get a notification when you cross your warning threshold, and again if you go over. No nagging in between. • DEBTS — Track loans and IOUs in both directions. Log repayments and they appear in your normal cashflow reports, because a loan repayment is real money leaving your account. Debts settle themselves when the balance reaches zero. • RECURRING TRANSACTIONS — Set rent or salary once. If your browser was closed for three weeks, Ledgerly creates every occurrence you missed, not just the most recent one. • MULTI-CURRENCY — Spend in any currency; report in yours. Each entry stores the exchange rate from the day you made it, so last year's reports never quietly change when today's rates move. • REPORTS — Spend by category, income vs expense, 12-month trends, savings rate, top spending, budget adherence, debt payoff progress. Every chart has a table view and exports to CSV or JSON. ━━ WORKS OFFLINE ━━ Log an expense on a plane or in a basement. Entries save instantly to your device and upload themselves when you reconnect. Nothing is ever lost waiting for a network. ━━ BUILT FOR THE KEYBOARD ━━ Alt+Shift+E opens the quick-add popup from anywhere. Ctrl+K (Cmd+K) inside the dashboard jumps to any screen or logs a transaction without touching the mouse. ━━ DESIGNED TO BE READ ━━ Dark by default, light if you prefer. Every chart colour was checked for contrast and for colourblind separation, and no chart ever relies on colour alone to tell you something — amounts carry signs, states carry labels. ━━ YOUR DATA ━━ • No tracking. No analytics. No ads. Not ever. • Ledgerly cannot see your browsing history — it has no access to the pages you visit. • Export everything to CSV or JSON whenever you want, in one click. • Never asks for bank logins or card numbers. You type what you spent; that is all.
