Ledgerdock gets you around QuickBooks Online from the keyboard. Search any page in one box, jump to a report in two keystrokes, and keep notes on the page they're about. SEARCH EVERYTHING FROM ONE BOX Press Cmd+K (Ctrl+K on Windows) and start typing. 186 pages, reports and new-transaction forms, matched as you type. Type an amount such as 1,250.00 or a document number like INV-1001 and it goes straight to the matching transactions. TWO-KEY SHORTCUTS THAT FOLLOW ONE RULE The first key says what you want to do. The second is the first letter of where. • g goes to a page: g b Bank transactions, g r Reconcile, g a Chart of accounts, g c Customers, g v Vendors • r opens a report: r p Profit and Loss, r b Balance Sheet, r g General Ledger, r t Trial Balance, r c A/R aging, r v A/P aging • n starts something new: n i Invoice, n e Expense, n c Check, n j Journal entry, n b Bill After the first key, a hint shows every option. Press ? any time for the full list. Every shortcut can be changed, and shortcuts pause while you're typing in a field. A SIDE PANEL FOR THE FILE YOU'RE IN Switch between client companies, keep favorite pages for one client or for all of them, and see the open tabs for each company. NOTES WHERE THEY BELONG Leave a note on a reconciliation or a report and it's there the next time you open that page in that company. Company-wide notes too, with clickable links. Export and import everything as a file from Settings. A WARNING BEFORE YOU POST INTO A CLOSED PERIOD When a transaction date falls on or before the company's close-the-books date, a red notice appears under the date field. It never blocks anything. Ledgerdock learns the close date when you open the company's Advanced settings page. REPORT DRILLDOWNS IN A NEW TAB Click an amount on a summary report and the detail opens in its own tab, so the summary stays exactly where you left it. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Read-only.
