How does this work?

I don't see the extension or anything on how to use it anywhere. I created a free account on your site, entered keywords and clicked search.... nothing. Entered an AISN... nothing. I'm using Chrome so not sure what the issue is here.

i have just purchased the pro version and when i down load the keywords it comes up with really random and unrelated keyword and no search volume numbers can you please help?

Time to change the description

It says that it's free, but when I install the extention I get sent to https://www.sellerapp.com/amazon-keyword-research.html where it says it's a 7-day trail.
So it's not free (anymore).

the research tool or whatever is not in chrome when I open chrome.....how am i supposed to get it there?
