Leafree turns YouTube back into a tool. Hide Shorts and the endless feed, keep a few minutes a day for a real break, and make it hard to cheat on yourself. HIDE WHAT PULLS YOU IN • Shorts: hide them everywhere, open them in the regular player, or disable scrolling • Home page: hide recommendations and infinite scroll • Video page: hide comments, related videos, chat, end-of-video suggestions and end cards; turn off autoplay of the next video • Video cards: hide or blur thumbnails, disable preview on hover • Header, left menu, search results and channel pages: hide the sections you never need • 39 settings in total, grouped and easy to switch A DAILY BREAK LIMIT Set how many minutes a day YouTube may look as usual. Time is spent only while a video actually plays on screen. When the break is over, everything you hid is hidden again. The limit refills at a time you choose. BLOCKING (Plus, free during beta) • Block YouTube temporarily — for 25 minutes, an hour, a day or any time you set • Scheduled blocking — e.g. on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00 • Entry confirmation — a pause and a question before a new YouTube session • Session length — a mandatory break after a long session CONTENT FILTER Hide videos from chosen channels, videos with certain words in the title, and comments by word or author. BYPASS PROTECTION (Plus, free during beta) Making limits stricter is always instant. Loosening them takes a password (set by someone you trust) or retyping a text without mistakes. The urge fades while you type. Add a letter to yourself — you will see it right when you want to give up.
