WORKS WITHOUT A CRM ACCOUNT LeadSnap is a lead capture tool that needs no CRM account, no login and no sign-up. Install it, select contact details on any web page, right-click, and the lead is saved in your browser. Your leads are stored locally in Chrome and never sent to a LeadSnap server, because there isn't one. It is built for freelancers, consultants and solo sellers who find clients on the web and lose track of them in tabs, notes and spreadsheets. HOW IT WORKS 1. Select the contact details on a page: a team page, a directory, a portfolio, a speaker list. 2. Right-click and choose "Add to LeadSnap". 3. Open the LeadSnap icon. The lead is there with name, email, phone, company, LinkedIn link and the page you found it on. FEATURES Contact parsing: LeadSnap reads the selected text and fills in name, email, phone number, company, LinkedIn profile and website. Every field stays editable, and you review a capture before it is saved. Pipeline: move each lead through New, Contacted, Proposal, Won and Lost, in a list or a board view. CSV export: download all leads as CSV for a spreadsheet or a bigger CRM, or as JSON. Search by name, email or company, plus notes and tags on every lead. Duplicate check, so the same person is not saved twice. Light and dark mode. FREE AND PRO Free: capture, pipeline, search, notes, tags and CSV/JSON export, with no limit on the number of leads. LeadSnap Pro adds follow-up reminders (a Chrome notification on the date you pick) and deal value and address fields. Pro is a one-time payment of $19, no subscription, no account. It keeps working offline. FAQ Where is my data stored? In Chrome's local extension storage on your computer. Nothing is uploaded. The only outside call is the ExtensionPay check of whether you bought Pro. Clearing the extension's data or uninstalling it deletes your leads, so export a CSV now and then. Does it work on LinkedIn? LeadSnap works on any page where you can select text, LinkedIn included. You select the name, headline or contact info you see, and it parses that text. It does not scrape profiles in the background, log in for you or send connection requests. What happens after 25 leads? Nothing. There is no 25-lead limit. Free users can save as many leads as they like and export all of them. Only follow-up reminders and the deal and address fields need Pro. Do I need to create an account? No. There is no LeadSnap account and no CRM to connect. Pro is bought through ExtensionPay and needs no sign-up with us. PERMISSIONS Context menu: adds "Add to LeadSnap" to the right-click menu. Storage: saves your leads locally in your browser. Active tab: reads only the text you select when you choose "Add to LeadSnap". Page access: shows a small "Lead captured" confirmation on the page after a save. Notifications: confirms that a lead was saved and shows Pro follow-up reminders.
