Was not notice before charge

I have tried the 14 days trial and wanted to canceld it, but not able to log in and was charge for the program I don't want to use.
It's too unpersonnal for my buisiness purpose. Can't find where to cancel and not even able to log in and to link it to my messenger contacts.

Cannor get in

I have two problems 1, signed up and paid but did not download system, now cannot do it. and 2. the gmail address is not my business address, so I need to change to my business name

Cant link to messenger

Good afternoon!
I signed up for Leadmagicx and paid for it but I cannot link it to my messenger! It keeps asking me to scan my ID which I have done 1,000 times and it keeps e mailing me back saying that the pic is too fuzzy and its not!!

Please advise ASAP .. Thank you!!!!!
