Reads posts on pages you open yourself, matches them locally to your Lead Studio keywords, and sends the matches to NextMover.

Leadbot turns the public conversations your team already reads into a qualified lead pipeline. HOW IT WORKS, AND WHAT LEAVES YOUR BROWSER Leadbot reads posts on pages you open yourself and compares each one against your workspace's keyword list on your own device. Posts that do not match are discarded in the browser and are never transmitted. When a post does match, Leadbot sends that post to your NextMover Lead Studio workspace. That includes the post author's display name, their handle, the web address of their profile photo, the post text up to 4,000 characters, the link to the post, and the addresses of any images or video attached to it. WHERE IT RUNS Leadbot activates on a small, fixed set of public discussion and social sites, and only when you navigate to one of them yourself. Every site it is allowed to run on is declared in the extension's host permissions, shown to you in the install prompt, and explained in the privacy notice, so the exact list is in front of you before you install. It is excluded from the direct message, chat, moderation and settings pages of every site it supports, both by the extension's manifest and by a second check that runs on every scan, so navigating from a feed into a message thread stops the reading. WHAT LEADBOT DOES NOT DO Leadbot has no account of its own. It never signs in anywhere, and it reads only what is already on screen in a browser you are signed in to. It does not post, comment, message or connect on your behalf. It contains no code that opens or navigates a tab, so it cannot browse by itself. It does not read direct messages or notifications. It does not request access to your browsing history, cookies or downloads. It contains no analytics, no telemetry and no third party tracking code, and it loads no code from the internet. Nothing is transmitted before you accept the data notice shown the first time you open Leadbot. GETTING STARTED Open Leadbot from the toolbar and read the data notice. Create a pairing key in Lead Studio and paste it in. Browse the sites you already use. Matches appear in Lead Studio. REQUIREMENTS Leadbot needs a NextMover Lead Studio workspace. It is a capture surface for that account and does nothing on its own.
