Never miss a new lead in BATS CRM. Lead Notifier for BATS CRM watches your "My Leads" page in the background and alerts you the moment a new lead is assigned to you, so you can call back first. HOW IT WORKS - Install it and log in to BATS CRM as usual. That's it. - The extension keeps its own pinned My Leads tab and checks it on a schedule you choose (every 5 seconds up to as long as you like). - When a new lead appears, you get a desktop notification. Click it to jump straight to your leads. - The lead count shows on the extension icon. SMART ALERTS - Each lead is announced only once. Converting a lead or refreshing the page never triggers a repeat. - Optional "remind me" mode nudges you once a minute while leads are waiting. - If your BATS session expires, you get one reminder to log back in. RINGCENTRAL ALERTS (OPTIONAL) Paste a RingCentral Incoming Webhook link and new leads are also posted to a RingCentral chat of your choice, so you get pinged on your phone and desktop app. Use a private team to keep alerts to yourself. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - Works with your existing BATS login. Your password is never read or stored. - Lead information stays in your browser. It is only sent to RingCentral if you add a webhook link. - No accounts, no servers, no tracking. Requires Google Chrome to be open (it can be minimized).
