MediaKeep adds a download button to every photo and video you can see in Telegram Web, and backs up a chat's whole Media tab in one run. Files go straight from your browser to your Downloads folder. Open https://web.telegram.org and sign in as usual. 2. Click the download button on any photo or video in a chat. 3. To back up many files, open a chat's info → Media, click the MediaKeep toolbar icon, and press "Download selected". NOTES • Media from chats that restrict saving (protected content) is not downloaded. • MediaKeep only saves media you can already view in your own Telegram account.
