Fills your Business Profile posts from your own Google Doc: text, image and Call now button. You review and publish yourself.

Post Autofill saves time for anyone who posts updates to several business profiles on Google every day. Write your posts once in a Google Doc (one doc per business, "Post #1:", "Post #2:" headings). The extension then: • Shows today's list of businesses with Post and Skip buttons • Opens the right business on Google (using the business ID from the Google Maps link in your doc) and opens "Add post" • Fills the next post: text, hashtags and the image from your doc • Selects the "Call now" button • Never publishes or schedules anything – you review and press Post yourself • After you mark a post as posted, writes "✅ POSTED <date>" next to that heading in your doc and moves the business to Completed • Picks up edits you make in the doc automatically Your data stays in your own browser. The extension has no server and does not collect or share any data.
