Full description Know how much of your ChatGPT Work/Codex allowance you’ve used—and when it resets. ChatGPT Usage Monitor shows your current 5-hour and weekly usage in your browser. It can connect automatically to an open ChatGPT tab after you grant consent, so you don’t need to keep the Usage settings page open. • View the percentage used or remaining • View the percentage used or remaining as a tooltip when hovering over the extension icon • See reset times and when your usage was last checked • Set separate alert thresholds for 5-hour and weekly usage • Get an in-browser alert, with optional desktop notifications Your usage readings and preferences stay in Chrome. The extension uses your signed-in ChatGPT session to request usage information after you grant consent. It does not read your conversation text or send usage readings to the developer. Requires a signed-in ChatGPT account and an open ChatGPT tab for monitoring. Checks pause when no usable ChatGPT tab is available or Chrome is closed. The extension displays Work/Codex usage reported by ChatGPT; it does not change or increase your limits.
