Not recognising log in details

I have a registered version of the softare and when I try and connect it block the pathway and asks for a user name and password. I have the username as my email address and the user name I have updated it through logging into my account,. But the software keeps clearing our the username and password and asks for it again, and again etc

Stopped working

We paid for Ivacy but it stopped working on one of our computers earlier this year. How do we get it to start again?

Cannot Work

I have download the extension and install but I found that the browser is disconnected from internet immediately.

I have tried at least five counties and all of them are failure. Please advice how to fix it.

I have an Ivacy account already

I installed the Chrome plugin because the download doesn't work on my version of Mac IOS - 10.13.6 - It's just a little too old to update anymore. However, it works on my phone and my Windows 10 computer. But using the Chrome extension on Mac - it asks me to create an account and has no option to login. I don't want to pay twice. The features are definitely lacking here.

Is there an older version of Ivacy to download?

stopped working

I'm so disappointed that this VPN didn't work for me. I needed it for a work project, and it just stopped working. Thankfully, I found another one that worked perfectly and was free to use.

Ivacy & 3CX

When Ivacy extension is enabled I can't call with my 3CX webclient. Reallly the addon.; not even the VPN connection in the addon but the addon itself.
