After paying for the subscription, the extension still asks to update

After paying for the subscription, the extension still asks to update. When you click "SignIn now" it displays the subscription, but the extension still does not allow you to download photos/videos

This app is a FRAUD

The seller is incompetent and irresponsible. The app is working poorly. After upgrading to Paid Subscription Plan it doesn't recognize the payment and keep asking for money. There no automatisation at any level. The downloads are laggy and YOU HAVE TO MANUALLY CONTACT SO CALLED CUSTOMER SUPPORT, where they actually don't know what to do and keep deleting your complains. Great job isn't it? Very honest, very supportive. I have been suggested privately 7 dollar refund from the 10 that I've paid IN EXCHANGE FOR POSTIVIE REVIEW OF THE PAID APP WICH DOES NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE PROMISED. I refused and the seller said In this case "I think I have no obligation to refund" and started blaming me, my internet connection and whatever else but never answering the question WHY HE DELETED MY COMPLAIN? WHY HE TEXTING ME PRIVATELY SO NO OTHER PEOPLE WHO PAID FOR THIS SCAM SEE THIS BLACKMAILING??? AND WHY THERE IS KEEP SHOWING UP NEW 1 STAR FEEDBACKS THEN? The answer is the app is raw, the seller/developer has no clue how to make it work and has no intention to take it serious. All unwanted feedbacks are being deleted and money never returned. THIS IS SCAM.
