Быстрая смена раскладки текста между русским и английским. Если не работает то стоит перезапустить браузер, если всё ещё не работает то следует посмотреть стоит ли бинд на функцию "Сменить раскладку выделенного текста" в расишрениях chrome://extensions/shortcuts . стандартный бинд "alt + Q"
