Overview

Write LaTeX faster in Dropbox Paper and the Overleaf code editor.

Expand LaTeX shortcuts as you type. Create fractions, roots, symbols, integrals and matrices, then use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between fields. Works in Dropbox Paper’s native equation inputs and Overleaf’s Code Editor. In Overleaf, type mk to open inline math or dm to create an equation block. Shortcuts for mathematical content expand inside formulas. One switch enables or pauses shortcuts across supported editors. Site access is optional and requested when you choose to connect a supported site. A searchable library includes 199 shortcut definitions, visible LaTeX templates, eight essentials and a free practice editor powered by the same shortcut engine as Overleaf. Shortcut processing happens locally in your browser. The extension reads editor content to expand shortcuts and checks the active tab’s address to show the right connection controls. It does not send these contents or addresses to the developer or an extension server, store document text, or include analytics. Requires a Dropbox Paper or Overleaf account to use those services. Overleaf Visual Editor and Google Docs are not supported. TeX rendering depends on the host editor. Independent project; not affiliated with Dropbox, Overleaf or Obsidian.
