Background didn`t change

It only change the upper part but the background image is not changing after setting it as default theme

Can you teach me how to make those car wallpapers and web pages

I think they would look awesome in a 3D type of effect and wouldnt it be cool if they were gmail .. emails driving off but its a trick of the eye or light. other than this i see no problem in them also easy to load and fast nice job mate wish i could build an app or game

its only chang upper part not google page you have to maintain this problem and you have to change the google part also please accept my problem

Background isn't changing

After applying this theme background default picture isn't changing. I did restart my chrome several times but nothing happens.

Lamborhgini theme

Added to Chrome but only the tabs changed. I don't know how to get the theme picture on the Google page.
