Can I program sophisticated graphics Role Playing Civil war game I wrote in this language?

I have asus chromebook- and am beginning to hate chrome os; should I use this app on a mac os or windows (junking this asus chromebook) or stick with it (fast, has all websites, email, pw remembered, etc)
