Messenger displays black screen when opened

My All-in-one messenger app, when opened, displays but a black screen. Please how this be resolve.
I don't have the WhatsApp phone I used to link up.

O Aplicativo WhatsApp não aparece mais para conexão. Fica a tela em branco. Já desinstalei forçado todos os itens do All-in-one e reinstalei através de aplicativo e mesmo assim não funciona.

Doesn't work!

The app won't work, doesn't make calls so I'm deleting it. The previous version used to work, but stopped weeks ago. I found and downloaded the updated version. It has NEVER worked. I can't find any troubleshooting information to help me with it.
