This doesn't seem to be a serious company... Are you a Scam?

I agree with Stephanie “Steph” Amador Tribbett in the comment below.
The idea and the program itself is nice, but the whole set up is very fishy!
I signed up, but did neither get a proper confirmation nor can log in, thus I pay for premium, but can't use it!

Nevertheless you take my money every month and only after searching in various different places (google, chrome web store, Instagram profile, LinkedIn profile... ) I found this page here as non of the links work:
- micromove.io points to https://micromove.io/lander, which is an empty page!!!
- "The Micro Company" (www.micro.company) which is mentioned when the extension starts does lead to some nearly empty pages
- ...
No matter what I tried, I couldn't get through to you!!!!

I guess either someone reacts to this or the next step is that I have to figure out how I can block my bank account so that they don't keep taking my money without giving me any value!

... that and finding out how to red flag you with stripe!!!!

Premium isn't working

I subscribed to the premium version which should include body and mind exercises as well as breathing exercises. It worked for the first day of my trial period and never worked again. Now I have paid for the subscription and it still isn't giving me access to any body or mind exercises. The settings will not allow me to select the type of exercises I want to be reminded to do. I did not get this extension for the breathing exercises. I got it for the body exercises to try to get a little bit of activity in my day even while I am working behind my computer screen. I'm not a happy camper right now.

No sound/slow to load

I am finding that my micromoves are extremely slow to load, some don't load/play at all. Additionally, there is no sound; my volume is turned all the way up and the sound button is not muted on the extension pop up.
