unable to cancel subscription via the dashboard

I was trying to cancel my free trial/subscription, and there was no clear way of canceling it outside of the dashboard. But when clicking "Manage Subscription" on the Settings page, it routed me to https://dash.coverlet.ai/api/billing/portal, which resulted in an error with the message "Server error".

I would really appreciate your help getting my subscription canceled as I am struggling financially nowadays. Thanks so much! Let me know if there's any other info I can provide to help with my case.
