They only allow you to apply for 50 jobs per month using this paid service, and they don't advertise this limit anywhere while signing up

Ladders is pretty transparent that they are a paid service. This feature creates huge added value to their already uniquely desirable list of opportunities. I haven't tried it on 3rd party sites yet, but I certainly will do my best to find the flaws if any. Job seeking is a numbers game and Ladders already makes my time spent on the search extremely efficient.

SCAM! SCAM!!! The author forgot to mention that you have to pay for using this. $50 for a month. ROTFL!!!

This is a huge time saver! Instead of re-entering your resume into every employer website, the Ladders Chrome extension will do it for with the the touch of a button. This is especially helpful if you are trying to find the time to apply for jobs while still working full time, or if you have a long work history and lots of experience.
