L-Guard is a Chrome extension for Amazon FBA sellers and Brand Registry owners who want to keep an eye on account health and remove policy-violating reviews — without sharing Seller Central credentials with any third party. WHAT IT DOES: Account Health Monitoring • Reads Account Health Dashboard metrics (ODR, Late Shipment, Cancellation Rate, AHR) from the pages you open • Alerts when metrics from the pages you open approach Amazon thresholds • Badge on the extension icon when a metric is over Amazon's limit Review Monitoring & Removal Drafts (Arbiqor Flag — with or without Brand Registry) • Scans your product review pages for policy-violating reviews (12 violation types) • Classifier identifies removal candidates with probability scoring • Drafts a removal plan for each flagged review: Report Abuse choice, Community Guidelines email, Seller Central case text, plus a Brand Registry appeal if you are enrolled • You submit everything yourself — the extension never auto-submits • Track Case IDs and outcomes in the web dashboard Inventory Tracking • Reads inventory levels and FBA fees from Manage Inventory • Flags suppressed listings and stranded inventory HOW IT WORKS: 1. Install the extension and sign in with your L-Guard account 2. Open Amazon Seller Central pages as you normally do (Account Health, Manage Inventory, Customer Reviews) 3. The extension reads the page you have open (read-only — never modifies anything) 4. View metrics in the popup or on your L-Guard dashboard at l-guardapp.com 5. For Arbiqor: review the drafts, approve them and submit them yourself (Report Abuse, email, Seller Central or Brand Registry) PRIVACY & SECURITY: • We NEVER access your Amazon credentials or Seller Central login • Read-only — the extension only reads page content, never modifies anything • No remote code execution — all code is bundled in the extension • Your Anthropic API key (for Arbiqor) is encrypted AES-256-GCM and stored only on our servers • Submission to Amazon is always manual by you — we never auto-submit anything to Amazon • Data encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (Supabase) • GDPR — request deletion of your data at any time via support@l-guardapp.com • Readable code — the parsers ship unminified, so you can inspect exactly what data is collected PRICING: • Free account: metrics in the popup and sync to your L-Guard dashboard • Pro / Agency plans: email alerts within 15 minutes when a synced metric crosses Amazon's limits • Arbiqor Flag (review scans + appeal drafts): $199 lifetime.
