Easily import contacts into Kyocera multifunction printers using a CSV file. Easier than Netviewer Instructions: - Click the "CSV Template" link in the extension to download a sample CSV file. - Open "Example.csv" in Excel or similar software and fill it with your contacts. You can leave the "Number" field blank and it will automatically add them. Save it and Ignore warnings about losing formatting when saving as CSV. - Open the printer's web interface. - Click "Choose File," select your CSV, and configure: - If the "Number" fields are blank: Set the mode to "Increment." - If the "Number" fields are filled: Set the mode to "Match CSV." - If the address book has existing contacts, set the "Starting Number" to the next available number. Warning: If you have existing contacts and filled "Number" in the CSV, ensure there are no conflicts. Importing will overwrite contacts with matching numbers.
