KWY Chat Summary

Shows a summary of the open Meta Business Suite conversation beside it: what the customer wants, delivery fee, and past orders.

An internal tool for KWY Furniture customer service staff. When you open a conversation in Meta Business Suite inbox, this extension shows a card on the right side of the same page. The card is built only from the messages that are already visible on your screen. The card shows: - What the customer already told you: item, size, colour, and when he said it, so you do not ask the same thing twice - His delivery area, the delivery fee for that area, and the next delivery trip day - The question he asked that nobody has answered yet - His past orders, grouped as complete orders, newest first The extension reads only the page you already have open. It does not click anything, does not type anything, does not send any message, and makes no network requests at all. Past order history is not included in this package. Each computer loads the company order file manually from the company shared folder through the extension's own setup page, and it stays in that browser only. This is a private tool for one company.
