KvL Driver Tracker

Live driver and active-job tracking companion for Courier Exchange.

KvL Driver Tracker gives transport operators a compact operational dashboard for viewing tracked drivers and their allocated Courier Exchange jobs. MAIN FEATURES • View drivers using the latest tracking information provided by Courier Exchange. • Match tracked drivers with their allocated active jobs. • View driver name, telephone number, vehicle registration and vehicle type. • Display the current job status, Load ID, next stop and applicable times. • Open Google Maps directions from a tracked or manually entered location to the next stop. • Enter a postcode or location manually for drivers who are not currently tracked. • View multiple active jobs associated with the same driver. • Search and filter drivers and jobs. • Hide drivers who are not currently relevant. • Save vehicle specifications by registration for quick loading checks. • Receive operational notifications when configured conditions need attention. • Back up and restore locally saved mappings, settings and vehicle specifications. HOW IT WORKS When tracking is started, the extension uses two dedicated Courier Exchange helper tabs. The Live Availability page provides the latest driver and vehicle location information shown by Courier Exchange. The Allocated Diary page provides active job information and is updated using Courier Exchange’s own Refresh control. The extension does not navigate or alter the user’s active working tab. PRIVACY Driver names, telephone numbers, vehicle details, job information and location information are processed locally in the browser. This operational information is not uploaded to KvL Software servers. Only the licence key, device identifier and extension information required for activation and licence validation are transmitted securely to KvL Software. When the user chooses Route or Get ETA, the selected origin and destination are opened in Google Maps and are therefore handled by Google under its own privacy policy.
