KvL CX Assistant is an intelligent quoting assistant designed to help streamline your Courier Exchange workflow. It automatically prepares quotes based on your own pricing rules, driver profiles and custom settings, while always leaving you in control. You need a VALID Courier Exchange account, be logged on it, on loads tab, List view, Expanded ( see picture for details ) Before using the extension: • Log in to Courier Exchange. • Open the Loads tab. • Switch to List View. • Expand all load entries. • Create at least one Driver Profile and configure its pricing rules, surcharges and preferences carefully. Once configured, simply start the assistant and relax while it analyses available loads. Before every quote, a live information panel displays everything you need to review, including: • Pickup and delivery locations • Collection and delivery times • Distance • Company • Full job description • Price breakdown • Calculated quote Every quote is prepared using your own configured pricing rules and can be reviewed before submission when using Supervised Mode. KvL CX Assistant is built to save time while helping maintain consistent and accurate pricing across your daily workload. Requirements Courier Exchange account. Loads must be displayed in List View with entries expanded. At least one configured Driver Profile.
