The "developer" apparently provocatively/intentionally tagged the theme
When Turkish users search the theme with the words/tags like "Turkish flag, Turkey, Turkish, Ottoman, Hun etc." to see Turkish/Turkic-related themes, this irrelevant theme shows up. Nobody is expecting such theme obviously while nobody also is against the Kurdish flag, but apparently the developer uploaded it with the provocative anti-Turkist behavior, tagging irrelevant Turkish-related tags. For example I searched for "Ottoman" and only this irrelevant theme showed up, I am pretty sure that nobody in Google staff that cares the Chrome Themes could explain the relation between obvious intentional tags and the Kurdish flag, or those tags' (like "Ottoman") relevance to the Kurdish flag. Otherwise I will start to think that also Google staff is deliberately not removing or caring about it because there are more than ten reports in Turkish language which exactly reporting what I told above.
