Kurby — Neighborhood Insights for Property Listings Make smarter real estate decisions. Kurby adds instant neighborhood data to every property listing you browse on Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, and Redfin. How It Works When you visit a property listing on any supported site, Kurby automatically detects the address and shows a small green button in the bottom-right corner of the page. Click it to open a sidebar with a full neighborhood report — no copying addresses, no switching tabs. What You Get Kurby scores every neighborhood on a 0–100 scale across multiple categories, giving you a single letter grade (A+ through F) so you can compare locations at a glance. Category breakdowns include: • Safety — Local crime rates and safety metrics • Schools — Nearby school ratings and quality • Environment — Air quality, noise levels, and environmental factors • Walkability — Walk Score and transit access • Housing — Home values, price trends, and market data • Demographics — Population, income, education, and employment data Each category shows its own score, grade, and progress bar so you can quickly see a neighborhood's strengths and weaknesses. Key stats are displayed in easy-to-read cards showing values like median home price, population, walk score, and crime rates — the numbers that matter most when evaluating a location. Every sidebar includes a "View Full Report" link that opens the address on kurby.ai, where you can access 20+ data categories including flood risk, property tax estimates, utility costs, school district boundaries, EPA environmental data, building permits, and more. Your Account Sign in with your Kurby account to track your report usage and access premium features. Free users get a set number of reports. Upgrade to a paid plan for unlimited neighborhood lookups. Privacy Kurby only activates on supported property listing pages. It reads the address shown on the page to fetch neighborhood data — nothing else. We do not collect browsing history, personal information, or data from non-listing pages.
