To whom it may concern,
I signed up for your service/created an account w/ your firm in the later part of May, enrolled a couple CC to "test the waters" so to speak. I completed a number of the "Boost activities that I assume are offered to your new customers at the time of account setup/creation, all of which appear to have been successfully credited to my Kudos account. Although I wasn't certain just what benefit I would receive from making a purchase through your firm's site, I thought I'd give it a whirl and see if the outcome was a positive one; during the first couple weeks in June I made a travel purchase on Groupon ( Hotel ) that originated from your website in the amt of approx. $880.00 that I have yet to be credited for.
I just recently booked a similar hotel stay and didn't utilize your extension for a myriad of reasons.

Firstly, there is no option for contacting CX via your site that is listed on your actual site that I have been able to locate, albeit I did search the cite AFTER I had logged into my account, but I would think that would be the first place that a source of getting assistance would be noted .... yet the only way I have found to reach out to your firm was here via the Chrome Web Store.

Secondly, from what I can ascertain from the "activity" menu of your site, purchases ( such as the considerable amount one I made via your site when I visited Groupon to purchase a hotel booking ) may take any where between 90-12- days. As of almost mid July the aforementioned purchase is still showing as "pending ", and mentions that it will remain as such until purchase is verified and confirmed. The charges for that stay have long since been listed on my last months American Express Card activities, and furthermore are clearly notated on my last months statement. Thusly, I beg to ask, what verification and certification might your form be waiting to confirm?

Thirdly , exactly how is an individual supposed to have the slightest bit of confidence about giving a third party extension a list of ALL my numerous CCs with the countless information breaches of late, if I don't have the ability to have any questions I might have addressed in a timely fashion if not immediately perhaps via a live chat?!

Lastly, I made 2 or 3 subsequent purchases via links accessed under your affiliated merchants ( Boost Merchants ), and contrary to the way the inferred percentage of the purchase amount that I would be awarded by making the purchases via your link, it now appears I won't get afforded any benefit whatsoever by utilizing your service. That would be acceptable, IF I was able to read the "Fine Print of Terms " PRIOR to choosing whether or not it was worth it to me to use your firm as a third party vendor to access online shopping sites that I did business with prior to even creating an account with your firm. Once I select the name of the "Boost Merchant " and select "Shop", there is no place I can access to tell me what products would be included in your program. I make it a point to keep abreast of which Credit Cards are most advantageous for me to use at different retailers in relation to what I am purchasing and from whom and I choose which particular card to use accordingly.

With all that being said, I am once again at the juncture wherein I need to make a choice about whether or not to use any of your firm's affiliate links to do so.... when I make a relatively substantial travel purchase for this month, and I am seriously considering if doing so through your site is worth the hassle of doing so via your site with all things considered

I still am showing zero when I have plenty of rewards on your end. I don't get why this issue is happening. I have a big purchase to make but if I won't get my kudos reward then I need to find another "Credit Card" service..

Breaks McGraw Hill Connect

With this addon installed and active, the McGraw Hill Connect website will not load any content. I have no idea what is happening here, but disabling the addon fixes the issue.

Kudos Not Working on Edge Browser

Does this extension work with Edge Browser? I installed the extension, created an account, and added my cards, but nothing happens when I shop. Also, when I left click the extension it always says to login, even though I am already logged in. Or can ad block extensions mess with this extension?
