KSEB Bill Bulk Downloader

Download KSEB bills in bulk using a CSV of consumer numbers.

This application is a Chrome Extension designed to automate the bulk downloading of electricity bills from the KSEB website (old.kseb.in). How it works: Input: Users upload a CSV file containing ConsumerNumber and PhoneNumber columns via the extension popup. Automation: The extension processes the list sequentially. For each consumer, it: Navigates to the KSEB Bill View page. Uses intelligent heuristics to find and fill the "Consumer Number" and "Mobile Number" form fields. Submits the form automatically. Downloading: It first attempts a high-speed direct fetch of the PDF. If that fails, it falls back to simulating user interactions (detecting PDF embeds or clicking "Download/Print" buttons). Output: Bills are saved to the user's download folder as BS_Bill_<ConsumerNumber>.pdf.
