Intake Notes is an internal productivity tool designed specifically for electronic repair technicians to standardize and speed up the customer device intake process. One-Click Formatter: Automatically formats your answers into a clean, structured text template upon completion. Clipboard Export: Places the formatted text directly onto your clipboard so you can paste it straight into your ticket or point-of-sale system notes. How to Use: Click the Intake Notes extension icon in your toolbar. Complete the step-by-step prompts regarding the device being checked in. Click the copy button to automatically generate and copy the formatted summary. Paste the summary into your repair software's intake or work order notes field. This extension operates completely client-side, does not require special browser permissions, and does not collect, store, or transmit any user or customer data.
