Kordox Companion connects your browser and Gmail to the ventures you run. Save useful pages, turn emails into tasks, and keep original files with the work they support. • Save pages to Read Later or Docs. • Create tasks for the right venture. • Attach source links, quotes and emails to existing tasks, Docs, leads and customers. • In Gmail, create assigned tasks with due dates, save emails to Docs, or attach them to existing work. • Select attachments from the open Gmail message and save their original files directly—no local download required for supported attachments. • Return to the original email through an Open in Gmail link. • Check recent captures in this browser to help avoid duplicates. • Import PDFs, images, Office documents, text, MP3 and MP4 files. • Open your work and research documents in Chrome’s side panel. • Review and edit AI-suggested tasks before saving. Gmail captures support up to five selected attachments, each up to 25 MB, subject to workspace storage limits. Keep Gmail open until saving finishes. Some protected or unavailable sources may require the optional local-file fallback. Saved email previews block external images by default. You choose whether to load them. Automatic OCR, PDF text extraction and Office conversion are not included. A Kordox account and organization are required. Sign in at app.kordox.com using the same Chrome profile. Workspace permissions and plan limits apply. Chrome 116 or newer is required. Privacy: the Gmail banner is enabled by default and sends the opened message’s sender address to Kordox for a CRM match. Message content and selected attachments are saved when you choose a capture action. Disable the banner in extension Settings and reload Gmail to stop it. AI task extraction processes selected content only when requested.
