is a horrible site and i paid for the premium package plz i need a refund ,do not purchase guys it DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!!!!

Edit: Ok, well I 'kind of' got it to work, but it's still janky as heck and the documentation is terrible. Also, why does your website say this has "5/5 Stars On Google", when it has 2.8? That tells you a lot right there! No offense to the developer, and not to be rude - but is this extension a joke? That is a serious question btw, and not meant to be insulting - almost nothing this extension says it does works, and what does work is ridiculously under-documented and unclear on how to us... I subscribed and paid for a monthly subscription. Your extension does not work. It is a brick. It does not allow transcript generation of the website video. It does not go past the collection of the website url. Please refund my subscription fee or activate/fix my subscription to work as promised. Thank you. Carroll D. Glass
