KomaLume
Overview
Collect the pages you are reading into a chapter, then translate them on your KomaLume account.
KomaLume turns the chapter you are reading into a translated chapter — without downloading a single file. Open the side panel while you read. Press one button and the extension collects every page image on that tab into a basket, in reading order. Name the chapter, pick the languages, press translate, and the pages go straight to your own KomaLume account. The finished chapter waits for you on komalume.com. WHAT IT DOES • Collects a whole chapter in one click. It scrolls the reader for you first, so a lazy-loading chapter finishes loading before it is collected, and a page already in the basket is never added twice. • Right-click any single image to add just that one. • Detects strip pages — the very long ones a webtoon reader serves — and splits them into page-shaped pieces, because a page that long cannot be cleaned up before translating. • Lets you fix the basket before you spend anything: drag to reorder, remove a page, open one large, switch between list and grid. • Asks the few things a job needs: a name, the source and target language (or let it detect the source), the translation mode, and — on the top mode — the tone of the writing. • Shows what the chapter will cost in credits, and what your balance is, before you send it. • Follows the job in the Sent tab, then hands you the finished pages on komalume.com. • Or writes the basket to a ZIP file instead, in reading order, sending nothing anywhere. WHY INSTALL IT • It removes the file shuffling. No save-image-as, no folder of files in the wrong order, no re-uploading them one screen later. • It works where a server cannot. The pages travel from your own browser, so readers that refuse to serve their images to anyone but their own pages still work — our server is never handed a URL to go and fetch. • Your password never touches the extension. You sign in on komalume.com in a window Chrome owns, and what comes back is a key you can revoke per device from your account settings. • It holds no standing access to any website. It reads a tab only at the moment you invoke it there. When a reader needs more than that, it asks for that one site, on a click, in Chrome's own prompt — and Chrome is where you take it back. • Nothing leaves the browser until you press translate, and if a send fails the basket is left exactly as it was, so a chapter you already scrolled is never lost. • The panel speaks English and Thai. LANGUAGES Japanese, Korean, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), English, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Spanish and French, on either side of a job — and the source language can be left for the engine to detect. WHAT YOU NEED A KomaLume account, and credits for the pages you translate; the panel shows the exact cost before you send. The extension is the hand that carries the pages — the translation, the queue, the viewer and the files all live in your account.
