SEO Snapshot
Overview
On-page SEO summary of the active tab in one click. Title, metas, headings, Open Graph and more.
SEO Snapshot gives you an SEO X-ray of the page you are viewing, in a single click, without leaving the tab. Click the icon, click "Analyze this tab" and you instantly get: - Title and meta description, with their length and a warning when the description falls outside the recommended range. - Canonical, meta robots and the document's lang attribute. - Number of H1s, text of the first H1, number of H2s and total headings. - Open Graph tags (og:title, og:description, og:image) and Twitter card. - How many images are missing an alt attribute, out of the total number of images. - Number of links and approximate word count. Copy the report as plain text with one button and paste it wherever you want: an audit, a ticket or an email. The extension remembers the last report and your theme (light or dark) for when you come back. The important part: SEO Snapshot works locally. It sends nothing to any server, uses no analytics and does not ask for access to "all your sites". It only reads the active page when you press the button, thanks to the activeTab permission. That is why you will not see the "read and change all your data on all websites" warning when you install it.
