Overview

Resize, compress and convert images instantly. Right-click any image on the web or drop your own files.

Resize, compress and convert images without leaving your browser. Right-click any image on a page and pick "Resize with ImageResizer.org", or drop your own file into the toolbar popup. Set a size, pick a format, download the result. That is the whole thing. ONE CLICK FOR EVERY PLATFORM 35 built-in presets for the sizes social platforms actually ask for, across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and others. Choose "Thumbnail" and you get exactly 1280 x 720. Choose "Story / Reel" and you get exactly 1080 x 1920. Presets fill the frame and crop the overflow evenly from the centre, so hitting an exact size never leaves your photo stretched. YOUR IMAGES STAY ON YOUR MACHINE Exporting to JPG, PNG or WebP happens entirely on your own device, using the browser's own image encoder. Nothing is uploaded and nothing reaches us. The popup tells you which path your settings will take before you commit, so you are never guessing about where your photo went. SEE THE SIZE BEFORE YOU SAVE The quality slider shows the real encoded file size as you drag it. Not an estimate: the encoder measuring it is the same one that writes your file. Move the slider until the number looks right, then export. WHEN THE BROWSER CANNOT DO IT Some formats no browser can encode on its own, such as AVIF, and the HEIC photos an iPhone produces cannot even be opened. Those are handled by imageresizer.org instead, which needs a free account. DETAILS THAT MATTER - Lock the aspect ratio, or set width and height independently - Never upscales, because enlarging adds bytes without adding detail - Transparency is preserved where the format supports it, and flattened cleanly onto white where it does not - Exports are named after the preset you used, so a folder of them stays readable - Follows your light or dark theme WHAT IT COSTS On-device work has no daily limit and needs no account. A free imageresizer.org account unlocks the rest. Paid plans raise the daily limits and the file size cap if you need them. From the team behind imageresizer.org.
