THE PASSWORDS FOR THE SITE YOU'RE ON Open a vendor portal, a firewall or a client's admin center, and the logins saved for that site are right there. One click copies the password, the username or the current one-time code. Every copy is recorded in your workspace's audit log, like any other reveal. OPEN A TICKET, SEE THE CLIENT On your ConnectWise PSA, HaloPSA and NinjaOne pages, Knowpoint shows which client you're working on: their quick notes, main contacts, recent documents and how much is documented, with links straight to it. ASK KNOWA Ask questions about your clients and systems without leaving the page. Knowa, Knowpoint's AI assistant, answers from your documentation, with links to the source, and never sees password values. SEARCH EVERYTHING Assets, documents, passwords, contacts and domains, from any tab. SECURE BY DESIGN - You sign in through your own Knowpoint workspace, with your password, two-factor code or Microsoft account. - The extension only sees what you can see in Knowpoint, and follows your workspace's IP allowlist. - It never stores password values, and only talks to your own workspace. - On most sites it sends only the site's name, never the full address or page content.
