Overview
Tells you which browser you are currently using, shown in a clear, easy-to-read popup with a customizable colored dot.
KnowMyBrowser Tells you exactly which web browser you're using, shown in large, easy-to-read text. Click the toolbar icon and a clear popup appears with your browser's name in big, high-contrast lettering, next to a colored dot. It's built to be readable at a glance, which makes it especially helpful for older users, anyone with low vision, or people who just want a simple, reliable way to confirm which browser they're in. The extension works across all major desktop browsers. What you can do: Read your browser's name instantly in large, high-contrast text Choose a custom color for each browser's dot. Give each browser your own name, such as renaming it to "Work Browser" Keep your settings synced across the browsers you're signed in to. Your privacy comes first: KnowMyBrowser collects nothing. There are no trackers, no analytics, and no external network requests. Your settings are saved only on your own device using built-in browser storage, and nothing is ever sent to us or anyone else. KnowMyBrowser does one thing, and does it clearly.
