How do I use Tab Auto Reloader?

Specifically, I have a site (call it "Gorilla") that times out after 30 minutes. If I don't interact with Gorilla at least every 30 minutes, I have to log back into this site every 30 minutes.

How do I use Tab Auto Reloader, to keep automatically refresh the site at least every 30 minutes.

Stops reloading after so many minutes

quick question

hi there! i hope this isn't super rudimentary, i wasn't able to find an answer anywhere so forgive me for contacting you but i'm wondering if this extension reloads the page even when the computer is in sleep mode? like if i close my laptop will it continue refreshing the tab? thank you for creating this; it helps me a lot with my work! thanks again :)
