Frequently asked questions Does TinyPS upload my images? No. Editing makes zero network requests. The only outbound traffic is when you load an image from a URL, or activate a Pro licence (licence key plus a random device ID, sent through our proxy to the payment provider). Images are never transmitted, stored or analysed. Can I use it offline? Yes. Once installed, cropping, compressing, converting and background removal all work with no internet connection. Can it replace Photoshop for quick jobs? For cropping, resizing, compressing, converting, adding text and cutting out a subject, yes. It is not a full raster editor: no brushes, no masks, no CMYK.
