Desk camera not focusing

The camera will not focus on the image when I hit "refocus". It zooms in and out and is briefly in focus during the transitions, but does not stop in the focused state. I tried changing the angle, distance from the image, and lighting in the room, but nothing helped.

chrome extension

Hi,
Would you please help as google chrome web extension has stopped working. It has some really nice features compared to the actual software.

I received an error that sys this app won't work after December 2022. Do you plan to update or upload a new version for use?

Ipevo Visualizer for chrome- after December 2023.

I have been using this device and app successfully. Now It still opens but warns me that after Dec. 2023 chrome will no longer support this "old app".
Will you be upgrading so that a "progressive web app" will be available? My department is considering purchasing more IPEVO cameras with ipevo visualizer, but if they will no longer work with chrome, or an alternative, it will be a waste of money.

IPEVO no longer an be accessed :(

I am having the same problem...I used my IPEVO successfully for most of the last two years to teach....suddenly it will not access my visualizer in Google Meet or on Crome....seems like there is no help in sight. For online teaching this is a nightmare! Anyone have some answers......

Using the iPevo Visualize app not working on MacBook

I have been using the ipevo Visualizer app on my Mac for a month and I love it, but I got my new MacBook M1 and the app is no longer recognising any camera not even the internal camera. Is there anything I can do?

IDocCam and Phone's Camera

Hi there
I havre installed IDocCam on android, paid version, and chrome app IPEVO (on windows 64bit) but no matter what I do, when I try to select the phone's camera when I have the app open on the pc, it only has the pc's toshiba camera as available.

Ipevo software for Mac 10.6.8

Hello,
I have the IPEVO camera but it will not work with my MacBook as it is a model that runs on OS 10.6.8. Are there any compatible versions with my version of Mac OS?
