Will this app work for this computer, and can this computer hook up to hotspots with out the aid of another device?

Local files?

I am hoping to add my school's hotspot to the app, but when I add the extension it isn't creating a local folder. Is there a way to edit the src folder (json, images, etc) without dealing with the source code?
