FilePermits: Building Permit Autofill for Contractors
Overview
Fill city building-permit applications from your job details. For HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractors.
FilePermits fills out city building-permit applications for you. Paste a job from your field-service software (or capture it from the job page), open your city's permit portal, and click Fill. FilePermits enters the site address, homeowner, scope of work, valuation, equipment details and your license and registration numbers. You review everything and submit it yourself. Built for residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractors who pull permits every week. How it works 1. Set up your company profile once: licenses, city registrations, insurance and contacts. 2. Paste a job or capture it from your job page. 3. On each permit page, click Fill page. New page? FilePermits maps it once and remembers it for next time. What FilePermits never does - Never submits applications or pays fees - Never signs or checks certification boxes for you - Never stores your portal passwords - Stores homeowner job details only in your browser Works with Accela Citizen Access portals and most other city permit websites. Requires a FilePermits subscription.
