Mass Email: AI Email Writer, Mail Merge & Bulk Email Sender for Gmail

Mass email from Gmail with AI: write personalized emails with an AI email writer, mail merge from Google Sheets, and send safely.

Write once, send to hundreds — and every email still reads like you wrote it for that one person. Mass Email is an AI email writer and mail merge for Gmail. It writes your campaign with AI, fills in each person's details from Google Sheets or a CSV file, and sends one email at a time from your own Gmail account, paced safely and checked before anything goes out. ✍️ AI EMAIL WRITER • Describe your campaign in a sentence and get a subject and a friendly, plain-text email with your merge tags already in place. • Rewrite with one click: improve, shorter, friendlier, more formal, fix grammar. • Translate into Vietnamese, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Korean and more. • AI personal line: AI reads each recipient's row (company, role, city, notes) and writes one sentence just for that person. Review every line before sending. • Choose Chrome's built-in AI (free, runs on your computer) or Claude by Anthropic with your own API key. 📋 MAIL MERGE FROM GOOGLE SHEETS OR CSV • Paste rows from Google Sheets or Excel, upload a CSV, import a Google Sheet link, or collect the email addresses shown on a web page. • Every column becomes a merge tag — {{First name}}, {{Company}} — in the subject and the body. • Fallbacks for empty cells: "Hi {{First name|there}}," never becomes "Hi ,". • Invalid addresses, duplicates and people who unsubscribed are removed automatically. ✅ CHECKS BEFORE YOU SEND • Unknown or empty merge tags, identical emails, spam-trigger words, subjects in capitals, too many links and a missing unsubscribe line are flagged before the first email goes out. • Preview the exact email each person will get, and send yourself a test. 🛡️ SAFE BULK SENDING FROM YOUR GMAIL • One email at a time with a random pause between emails. • Stays under Gmail's daily limit (400 a day for Gmail, 1,500 for Google Workspace by default). Larger lists continue automatically the next day. • If Gmail reports a limit, the campaign waits instead of failing; it stops after repeated errors. • Keeps sending with the panel closed. Pause, resume, cancel or schedule campaigns, and export the results as CSV. • Unsubscribe line and List-Unsubscribe header in every email, plus an unsubscribe list that every campaign skips. • Test mode runs a whole campaign without sending anything. 🔒 PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No Mass Email server and no account: your lists, drafts and campaigns stay in your browser. • Google permission to SEND email only — Mass Email cannot read, search or delete anything in your mailbox. • No ads, no analytics, no tracking pixels. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open Mass Email from the toolbar or the "Mass Email" button in Gmail, and connect your Gmail. 2. Add recipients from Google Sheets, a CSV file or a web page. 3. Write the email yourself or with AI, with merge tags and personal lines. 4. Check, send yourself a test, and start — now or at a scheduled time.
