Capture supported filters, keywords, and Natural Language Search prompts, then copy the generated link or open it directly in a new tab. Use these links to create shortcuts to relevant assets from homepage cards, buttons, Guides, landing pages, or other navigation elements within your Bynder portal. You can also share them directly with colleagues or use them as reusable links to frequently accessed searches. How It Works 1. Open your Bynder Asset Bank. 2. Apply supported filters, submit a keyword search, or use Natural Language Search. 3. Click the extension icon to review the detected search state. 4. Copy the generated link or open it in a new tab. 5. Embed the link in your Bynder portal or share it with colleagues who have access. Useful For * Creating homepage cards or buttons that take users directly to pre-filtered sets of assets * Linking from Bynder Guides or landing pages to relevant Asset Bank searches * Providing shortcuts to assets for particular brands, campaigns, markets, or asset types * Sharing specific filter and search states with colleagues * Combining AI search prompts with metadata filters * Returning to frequently used search criteria Works with Bynder portals, including custom portal domains. Limitations * Custom date ranges and custom resolution values are not supported in generated links. * AI search support currently covers Natural Language Search. Similarity Search and Search by Image are not yet supported. * Natural Language Search must be available to the recipient in the destination portal. * Links recreate search criteria rather than a fixed collection of assets. Results therefore depend on portal access, asset permissions, and the assets currently available. The extension observes Bynder search requests and stores the detected filter state locally in Chrome.
