Overview
Fill Google Forms and Microsoft Forms by voice.
Talk instead of type. AmphiVox turns a Google Form or Microsoft Form into a guided voice conversation, and does the form work for you while you talk. Open a form, click the AmphiVox mic and answer out loud. AmphiVox asks each question, understands your answer and fills it into the form in real time. It handles every common question type: short and long answers, numbers, dates, times, multiple choice (including "Other"), checkboxes, dropdowns, scales, ratings, grids and ranking. AmphiVox validates your answers before they land. It knows each question's rules, such as required questions, email format, number ranges, whole numbers and character limits, and checks your answer before filling it in. If the form still rejects an answer, AmphiVox reads you the form's own message and asks for a different one. It navigates multi-page forms for you. AmphiVox fills one page at a time, checks with you before moving on, presses Next and carries on with the new page. It won't move on while a required question is still unanswered, and it tells you which one. You can correct any answer at any time: say "actually, change that" and the form is updated. You can also type or click on the form yourself whenever you like; AmphiVox sees what is already filled in and never asks for it again. Names are spelled back so they are entered the way you want them, and you can speak in the language of your choice, including English and Indian languages (the form itself must be displayed in English). Nothing is missed. Questions AmphiVox can't fill by voice, such as file uploads, are pointed out so you can answer them on the form, and at the end it tells you anything still left to fill in. A live transcript and a mute button sit right in the dock. You stay in control: AmphiVox never presses Submit. You review every answer on the form and submit it yourself. To get started, open a supported form, click the AmphiVox mic that appears on the page, and sign in once. Right after signing in, one page asks you to allow your microphone and to agree to AmphiVox using your voice and the form's questions and answers, then takes you back to your form. Then just start talking. What is sent: during a voice session, your voice and the open form's questions and current answers go to AmphiVox to run the conversation. The extension inspects supported forms locally when they load so it can display the dock and recognize their questions. Form content is sent to AmphiVox only during a voice session, from the form tab where you started it. It does not read unrelated websites or your browsing history. Session audio is streamed for speech recognition and is not stored. You may separately choose to record a feedback note after a session; it is transcribed and its audio discarded. AmphiVox is not affiliated with Google or Microsoft. Questions or feedback: contactus@amphivox.com
