Your Kris@Work CRM on the person or company you're viewing, plus Live Assist on Meet, Teams, and Zoom browser calls.

Kris brings your Kris@Work CRM and Live Assist into the browser, so customer context is close at hand while you prospect and talk. CRM on the page • See whether the LinkedIn person or company you are viewing is already in your CRM. • Save a contact with their title and employer. • Find available contact details and enrich the record, with a completed status even when only some details are found. • Browse a carousel of people shown on LinkedIn company People pages and supported website team pages. • Draft and send an email without leaving the page. • Optionally identify people and companies on other websites. This is off by default and requires consent. These websites start with a movable Kris bubble; the CRM panel and lookups open when you click it. You can pause Kris per site. Live Assist for Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom browser calls • Click the Kris toolbar icon on the meeting tab to start Live Assist, or use Start Live Assist in the panel. • Allow microphone access when Chrome asks. The permission flow stays tied to the same meeting. • Get a live transcript and contextual suggestions, or ask Kris a question about the call. • Stop listening at any time. Live Assist stops its audio session when it detects that you have left the meeting or the meeting tab closes. Live Assist processes meeting-tab audio and your microphone through Kris services for transcription and suggestions. It requests audio access, not screen sharing or video recording. Listening starts only when you choose to start Live Assist. Kris uses your existing Kris@Work sign-in at app.krisatwork.ai. A Kris@Work account is required; enrichment and AI features use your workspace's available services and credits.
